Orders over £30 - Free delivery using the code FREESHIP

Standard delivery for orders under £30 (2-4 working days) - £4.50

We send orders via Evri or Royal Mail. Orders will be dispatched within one working day of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another when your order has been shipped. Please note at busier times of year we cannot always guarantee the date of delivery and there may be slight delays due to the postal service. We will always aim to notify you if we are aware of any significant delays and next day deliveries will receive a tracking number to follow their package.

International

We do not currently have flat rates for International Shipping. If you are interested in purchasing from another country then please get in touch and email hello@ewkin.com where we can arrange a personalised shipping quote for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your unique pieces as much as we do but if for any reason they aren’t right we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. Please note - as we are a small business we are unable to refund the original shipping costs and return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in or your return may be rejected. We also recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe arrival.

Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes beauty & edible products are non-returnable unless faulty.
