Why we love Heist
We immediately knew Heist was one of the first makers we wanted to stock at Ewkin, bring totally enamoured by their unique flavour combinations after tasting them. Heist produces micro-batches from its small factory in Cardiff, Wales, made from single-origin organic cocoa beans sourced from Madagascar. Not only is each bar is utterly delicious, the love and care that owner and chocolate maker Mikey puts into each bar is on full display with its wonderful packaging, collaborating with local illustrators to design fun and fresh labels and sealed with a line of stitching that is so satisfying to tear open.
